THE 2024 Six Nations is less than one month away as the northern hemisphere's best meet once again.

Ireland were victorious at last year's tournament and claimed a historic Grand Slam in the process.

Andy Farrell will be without fly-half and captain Jonny Sexton after he retired at the end of the Rugby World Cup.

England will be aiming to improve on last year's Six Nations finish after they came 4th in the standings and claimed just two wins at the tournament.

Red Rose will be without captain Owen Farrell after he made himself unavailable in order to "prioritise his and his family’s mental wellbeing".

On opening weekend, champions Ireland will travel to 2023 Six Nations runners-up France to kick the tournament off.

Six Nations 2024 will get underway on Friday, February 2, 2024 before concluding on Saturday, March 16, 2024.
This is the 130th edition of the huge competition.
